Terms and Conditions

To earn Client Appreciation Points (CAPs), simply book and pay* for your qualitative research services at any of 20/20 Research’s divisions – Nashville, Charlotte, Miami, Online, Nationwide Recruiting and/or Project Management. Dollars spent for respondent incentives are not included in this program.

*Only those invoices paid in full within 45 days of the Invoice Date will be eligible to earn Client Appreciation Points.

The 20/20 Rewards Program is open only to those located in the United States (i.e. the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia).

20/20 Rewards Program participants must notify the 20/20 Project Manager of their Rewards Program participation when booking their project.

CAPs are accrued at the rate of eighty (80) CAPs earned for each one hundred ($100) dollars spent and paid.

Point totals are updated and displayed on the 20/20 Rewards Program website when you log in. In addition, you will receive a monthly statement by email.

Participants become eligible to redeem their points by spending at least $5,000 on project work during the 2008 calendar year. All points must be redeemed by midnight, December 31, 2008. Points are valid only until then, are not transferable and have no cash value. Points not redeemed by 12-31-08 will expire and not be redeemable.

All taxes, which may be owed as a result of points earned and redeemed, are the responsibility of the claimant.

Offer void where prohibited by law.

Rewards are not replaceable if lost, destroyed, stolen or expired. Rewards are not exchangeable, returnable, refundable or redeemable for credit or cash.

20/20 Research, Inc. reserves the right to change, limit, modify or cancel the program rules, regulations, rewards and reward levels at any time, without notice.

Due to new product introductions throughout the year, certain items may be discontinued and replaced by items of equal or greater value. 20/20 Research, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to substitute a similar item. If one is not available, you will be advised and will have the opportunity to make an alternate selection.

Only eligible clients qualify for points. CAPs will be assigned as payment dollars are received from clients. CAPs may not be transferred, but may be combined with points from another participant from the same company. To do this, the Program Administrator must be notified of the “grouping” at the time of registration.

Clients of 20/20 Research, Inc. that receive discounts on project work may not be eligible to participate in this program.
